Auto Email is a one-click-or-less emailer that is simple to use and saves you a lot of time.

Do you want to email posted documents to customers automatically? Do you wish supporting documents are added to emails without user interaction? Does your accounting department spend a lot of time sending customer collection emails?

Sending emails to customers can be very time-consuming. Assembling collection documentation like statements with supporting documents and sending them via email takes a long time. Manual emailing risks sending the wrong documents to the wrong customers.

Our app allows you to tailor the entire email experience for sales and purchase documents. All emails go out automatically or within one click, with all the details you defined in advance.  Auto Email does it all for you to free up your time.

  • Email sales quotes, sales orders, sales return orders and purchase orders automatically upon release.
  • Email sales orders automatically when converted from quotes.
  • Email sales documents automatically when posting.
  • Send collection email (statement and all past due documents) to a customer with one click. Non-paid and short-paid collections are also supported.
  • Send sales and purchase documents with one click or less.
  • Email multiple documents from lists with one click. Just mark the documents and email.
  • Send monthly statements to all customers automatically and without user interaction.
  • Automatically include default and specific attachments with all document types, like terms, return instructions, etc.
  • Automatically attach specific documents on items and resources (if they are included in them), like hazard material documents, product sheets, resumes, etc., and send them with sales quotes, orders, invoices, etc.
  • Send documents (like price lists, tax documents, etc.) automatically repeatedly (or one-time) to customers, vendors, and contacts.
  • Send a once-per-day (or another period) consolidated email with all sales invoices (and other documents) after a given time.


This App supports the Essential and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
